The forum took place as part of the 46th International Hanseatic Day and confirmed Stargard’s growing role as a hub for economic cooperation, innovation and the development of international partnerships. The event was organised by Stargard Town Office and the Stargard Local Development Agency, in collaboration with numerous domestic and international partners.
The first day featured the Business Expo – Hansa Connect, study visits to modern enterprises located in the High Technologies Industrial Park and the Stargard Industrial Park, as well as networking and B2B meetings.
Participants had the opportunity to discover the economic potential of Stargard, visit innovative companies and establish direct contacts with business representatives from Poland and abroad.
In addition, on that day, the Filter company’s headquarters hosted the SMALL BUSINESS HUB – an exhibition space for small and medium enterprises, showcasing not only local businesses affiliated with the Local Chamber of Commerce. That evening, at the Miejski Browar Stargard venue, participants had the opportunity to network in a more relaxed setting.
On the second day, an international business conference took place, attended by renowned experts, managers and business leaders from various European countries. Discussions centred on the future of the European economy, artificial intelligence, technological transformation, green energy, innovation and the competitiveness of European enterprises.
The Forum’s value was particularly enhanced by the speakers – renowned experts, representatives from the worlds of business, new technologies and public administration from Poland and across Europe. A highlight of the event was the address by the keynote speaker – Sylwia Czubkowska, a highly regarded technology journalist, author and expert on the impact of new technologies on the economy and society. Her inspiring lecture on Europe’s competitiveness in the global technology race proved to be one of the Forum’s most significant moments.
An important part of the programme was the gala ceremony – the first-ever edition of the Hansa Export Award, during which companies achieving success in international markets were honoured. Out of the five nominees for the Hanseatic Export Award, the local company EcoReadyBath emerged as the winner. The Forum will result not only in new business relationships but also in strengthening Stargard’s image as a city open to investment, innovation and international cooperation.
